- The aSEED treasury has some tokens and wants to make more money.
- They plan to do this by staking and other ways.
- They want to meet certain goals to make their tokens worth more.
- They suggest staking all KSM via LKSM and staking all KAR.
- They also want to bond some KAR for staking and convert some KSM to LKSM.

- CDP positions on Karura with outstanding debt will be settled at pre-approved prices.
- Collaterals for unpaid debt will become part of aSEED treasury.
- CDP owners have 1 week to repay debts and withdraw collaterals to avoid conversion.
- After conversion, there will be a vote for redemption rules.

- There was an issue with a recent upgrade to Kusama that caused some transfers to not be fully executed.
- This means that some KSM (a type of cryptocurrency) that were sent to Karura did not get credited to the correct account.
- To fix this, a proposal was made to mint (create) the missing KSM on the correct account at Karura.
- A list of the transfers that were impacted can be viewed on a website called GitHub.
- This is important because it helps make sure that people's cryptocurrency transfers are completed correctly.
