   a. 833,332 KAR for KAR staking
   b. 60,000 KAR for KAR-USDCet pair
   c. This is the next two month’s incentives

2. at block #5,813,200(Karura), Estimated Time: 2023-12-09 01:17 (+UTC), adjust KAR/USDCet LP staking incentive reward rate to 30,000 KAR per month.( base reward 15,000 KAR, loyalty bonus 15,000 KAR)
