## Background
After aSEED conversion, there are 2,836,865 aSEED(Karura) remainning circulation, and the aSEED treasury contains the following tokens: 17,600 KSM,  28,620 LKSM and 9,157,705 KAR.
The goal of the aSEED treasury is to grow its holdings through staking and other mechanisms to meet and better still exceed redemption criteria such as over a one year period and aSEED over $1which will be outlined and voted in a separate proposal. As an initial aSEED treasury proposal, we recommend staking all KSM via LKSM and staking all KAR.
