During a previous referendum: https://karura.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/125, a bug occurred: the original proposal was to transfer rewards from the Treausry account(qmmNufxeWaAVLMER2va1v4w2HbuU683c5gGtuxQG4fKTZSb) to the incentives vault account(qmmNufxeWaAVN8EJK58yYNW1HDcpSLpqGThui55eT3Dfr1a), but the proposal mistakenly configured the transfer from the CDP vault account(qmmNufxeWaAUp4SVa1Vi1owrzP1xhR6XKdorEcck17RF498) to the incentives vault account. This occurred once, resulting in a total of 1,873,497 KAR being transferred.
