#530·Enable Karura aSEED Collateral Redemption Function

Proposal Background

To enhance the liquidity of assets within the Karura community and address the utilization of aSEED following the cessation of further minting, I propose reopening the collateral redemption function for aSEED.
Current indicators:
aSEED(Karura) supply = 2,836,865;
aSEED(Karura) Composition：

• 9.16M KAR
• 142.78K LKSM
  Book Value ≈ US $2,184,789.87 (current);
  1 aSEED(Karura) ≈ US $0.77 (current).

For long-term liquidity considerations, it is reasonable to enable redemption before it approaches $1. Opening the redemption function does not mean enforcing redemption; users can freely decide when to redeem based on their own judgment and circumstances.

Proposal Content

1. aSEED(Karura) vault unstakes KAR that staked previously.
2. aSEED(Karura) vault claims unbonded and staking rewards.
3. at block #8440000, open aSEED(Karura) collateral redemption.
